Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
At Bodywork Studio CR, we do not require payment in advance to book your appointment. However, out of consideration for our therapists and other clients who may want to schedule that time, we kindly ask that you notify us at least two hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule respectfully and offer the available space to someone else.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept paypal (bodyworkstudiocr@gmail.com) and cash. Payment is made at the end of your session.

What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you’ll have a consultation with your therapist to discuss your health history, preferences, and goals. The session will be customized based on this information to ensure a comfortable and effective experience.

Do you accept walk-ins?
We work strictly by appointment to ensure that each client receives the personalized attention and care they deserve. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. However, whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate short-notice booking requests.
Is parking available near the studio?
Parking is available on the street near our studio and can be paid through the San José Municipality parking meter app. If needed, you may ask us for assistance with this payment when you arrive. Additionally, there is a public parking lot located just one block away. The area is safe, and a 24-hour security guard is present to watch over the vehicles parked nearby.

What should I bring for my massage?
You don’t need to bring anything special for your massage. We provide all necessary items, including towels, oils, and other essentials. Just wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to relax before your session.
